The winning concept since 1999 has been to consistently handpick the right people to Netlight, those who combine competence, creativity and business sense. After that we give them processes and tools for an effective cooperation which makes the collected Netlight competence available to every consultant. From this we achieve better results than from individual actions.

This concept has really started to pay off today when we have achieved a size that places us among the most recognized companies in the industry. While Netlight is constantly growing linearly, the result that we are delivering to our customers through our collected competence is growing exponentially.

What is the next step? Business as usual. Substantial growth, primarily organic, with maintained profit and quality goals. We will not make any deviation from the proven concept but instead refine it and scale it upwards. Netlight will be Netlight regardless of if we deliver to customers in Sweden, Norway, UK or elsewhere and regardless of branch, be it private or public sector, gaming or telecom, trading or other.
