Netlight offers a set of education programs, certification courses, seminars and other forums for knowledge transfer. A new program is set every six months and the consultant and his mentor discuss what activities are most suitable based on the individual development plan. MentoringEvery employee at Netlight has a mentor. The mentor is responsible for your personal development and is also a support in other questions. Your mentor's goal is to make sure that you are happy with your current role and that you are developing at a satisfactory speed. ReviewsTwice a year everyone at Netlight goes through a review. This means that you, your mentor and consultants at varying levels around you review you based on the Netlight core values competence, creativity and business sense. The result of this review is then analysed in a meeting between you and your mentor where you together create a new individual development plan.
