Our interview process is sterling and the goal is to find the stars who'll fit in with us and together with whom we can build Netlight. Interview I - Personal match: Interview with one of our headhunters to get a general view of Netlight and get to know the culture, values, process, etc. of the company. We're looking for future colleagues with energy, enthusiasm and a burning interest for technology. Competence, Creativity and Business Sense are our core values. What do they mean to you? Interview II - Technical match: Interview with one of our senior consultants to have a deeper techical discussion regarding a case to get a sense of the technical level and the potential of development within the company. The ability to analyse and solve complex problems is important in our work. What's important to you? Interview III - Business match: Interview with someone from Netlight's directorate with a business perspective, to discuss a future role in the company, expectations, future career paths etc. Throughout our assignments there are high demands that we understand the client's entire operation and identify where our efforts will have the greates impact.
